I'm Skylar Franke, and I've been the City Councillor for Old South, Wortley Village, Southcrest, Berkshire Village, Manor Park and The Coves since 2022. I'm looking forward to meeting the new Ward 11 residents in Rowntree.

I'm running for a second term because the work we started - on housing, homelessness, transit and a Ward 11 that looks out for its neighbours - is working, and I'd like to keep going.
