World Car Free Day encourages motorists to give up their cars for a day and take public transit, walk or cycle to where they need to go.
Ward 11 City Councillor Skylar Franke invites you to a celebration bike ride for World Car Free Day on September 22, 2023.
Meet at the west side parking lot the Wortley Green at 8:00 am. We'll travel north on Wortley at 8:15 am to Ivey Park and the Thames Valley Parkway stopping at London Bicycle Cafe.
The cafe will be open and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to hang out before heading to your next destination. And if you aren’t cycling, Skylar would still love to chat with you at the cafe where she'll be until 9:15 am.
